3 kiwis, peeled and cut into small pieces
1 cup pomegranate seeds
1 red apple, diced small
1 pear, diced small
3 clementines, or 2 cans of mandarin oranges
1 cup large coconut flakes
1 tsp honey
2 limes, juiced
1. Toss all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Serve within 4 hours for best taste and flavor.
